Please compress your files into a .sit, .sea,
or .zip file using Stuffit, Zipit or any other commercially
available compression utility. This greatly reduces the chance
of transmission errors (corrupted or incomplete files, etc).
Pc users need to use an FTP client like
WS_FTP or
FILEZILLA and MAC users can use a
client like
FETCH or
CYBERDUCK.
Here is the information for accessing the FTP
site:
Host Name:
ftp.jarvispress.com
Please call or email your account manager for
username and password.
You will see a "General" folder, open to
reveal "Incoming" and "Outgoing" folders. Place your files
in the "Incoming" folder (Incoming to Jarvis)
Please send an email to
either
Digital Prepress
Offset Prepress
Files will be deleted from the FTP site after
15 days.
